What do I need for my notarization?
According to Nevada Law, a person must be ideintified with ID. Bring to your notarization an ID that is either a Driver License, State ID, U.S. Passport or Passport from another country or an employment badge would be helpful.
Can I used a phone as my ID?
A phone is not an acceptable form of ID.
Do you offer Remote Online Notary?
Yes, we will contract our online notary associates to handle your paperwork and process online that you will receive an electronic stamp from the notary. Our office does not provide this services, but will contract a notary for you. Payments can be made in our office or the notary we will find for you arrangements can be made to pay them directly.
Can you process paperwork from another country?
We can notarize from another country as long as the language is available in English for the notary or if is in the language of the notary.
Do you accept walk-ins?
In most instances, the notary prefers an appointment because our office is available for each client to have privacy when dealing with their paperwork.
How can I pay for your services?
You can pay by debit or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Discover, American Express, Cash, or Zelle.
