Our CFO , Cherry Mae Jones works out of our Las Vegas office. She handles scheduling of your appointment and any bookings, questions, and call transfers to the notary office.
Cherry also manages our Philippines office for customers who want documents notarized or legal documents for Luzon (Metro Manila), Visayas (Cebu City, Bacolod City) and Mindanao( Davao City, Gen Santos) regions.

Detention visits.
Due to unforseen circumstances, a second jail visit may be necessary. Your payment includes 2 attempts for jail visitation of any client.
When the notary goes to the facility and is refused entry for any reason from the jail, that is considered a visit. The charge for the visit is for mileage and wait time. A second visit is granted with your fee and a second denial will be considered full payment with or without signature.
